Binary for arch i386 (180.2 KB) | dsc file | Browse code | Git Repo (clone) | Source dir

OpenChrome is a project for the development of free and open-source drivers for the VIA UniChrome video chipsets.

Originally called the 'snapshot' release, since it was a snapshot of an experimental branch of the unichrome cvs code, this is a continued development of the open source unichrome driver (from http://unichrome.sf.net) which also incorporates support for the unichrome-pro chipsets.

Support for hardware acceleration (XvMC) for all chipsets has subsequently been ripped out of the unichrome.sf.net driver. Therefore your only option if you wish to make use of the acceleration features of your VIA chip with free and open-source drivers is to use this version of the driver.

p910nd (0.93-1) - small printer daemon intended for diskless workstations
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7-1)
Binary for arch i386 (11.4 KB) | dsc file | Source dir

p910nd is a small daemon that copies any data received on the port it is listening on to the corresponding printer port.

It is primarily intended for diskless Linux hosts running as printer drivers but there is no reason why it could not be used on diskful hosts.

Port 9100 is copied to /dev/lp0, 9101 to /dev/lp1 and 9102 to /dev/lp2. The default is port 9100 to /dev/lp0.

python-netifaces (0.4-1) - Portable network iface information for Python
Depends: libc6 (>= 2.7-1)
Binary for arch i386 (11.7 KB) | dsc file | Source dir

netifaces provides a (hopefully portable-ish) way for Python programmers to get access to a list of the network interfaces on the local machine, and to obtain the addresses of those network interfaces.

The package has been tested on Mac OS X and Windows 2000. On Windows, it is currently not able to retrieve IPv6 addresses, owing to shortcomings of the Windows API.

It should work on other UNIX-like systems provided they implement either getifaddrs() or support the SIOCGIFxxx socket options, although the data provided by the socket options is normally less complete.
